perhaps you missed my second post, I said a minimum of $35, up to $33 falls short in a couple ways.

However, I will accept programs with $1 or free trials with a minimum of $35 per signup. And no, I am not interested in the "per active member" requirements of CE, and no Glo-Bill either please ;)
