The most profitable was (naturally) dirtytricks.net - it's primary income source has been from Amateur Money. Keep in mind, that's only 1 penny per click per referred webmaster - anyone that can leverage this traffic into their own site (ie: be their own sponsor) could make a HELL of a lot more money than I ever did!
