80% of people rate themselves as having above average intelligence. I'd say that means most people think most other people are retarded because they think better of themselves than is warranted. Hell, even the retards don't realize they are retarded.

But generalising is just stupid. It's kind of like with small crummy towns that have rivalry, "my towns better than yours", bloody nonsence. Most Americans I've met have been pretty cool, some of them have been huge idiots and assholes, but not a greater % then of any other nationality I've met. Every nation has morons and assholes. I think it's just a human thing, a certain % will be assholes, no matter where they live :2 cents:
