Use them both they are both class acts

From a technical standpoint they're both good companies. Dollar/feature wise, I'd give Epoch the edge. Customer service wise, CCBill is better. However, I would say go with CCBill.

Epoch is currently suing MasterCard, which if they win could be good for the industry, but comes with the risk of MasterCard's animosity. Also, Epoch recently stated that they will not process for customers of a particular other billing company. Somewhat akin to BurgerKing refusing to serve customers who also eat at McDonalds.

CCBill is great. (Kudos to Sean E. indeed!)

I don't like ccbill tracking, but overall I have really liked their support lately.

For Epoch contact Amparo on 310.577-2439 the best CS i have ever experienced

CCBill. They have a 100% track record of paying EVERYONE on time every time. Can you name another billing company who does? That should make it simple enough :)

ccBill is tops, always a step ahead, never caught w/ their pants down and always delivers checks/wires on time..!
