Selling a site, contract help please, anyone?
 

Hey,

I'm selling one of my sites (domain, script, design, income, expenses, traffic and valuable consideration) , and I was wondering if someone can direct me to somewhere I can find a simple contract that will work, or work as a contract template that I could modify?

I've already taken care of the financial aspects, besides, he's a business partner I've done a lot of business with.

I just wanted something formal.

I may have to have it professionally done.
