PD-150 or VX2000
 

Anyone have any thoughts?

What do u get out of the pd that u dont get in the vx2000

and vice versa?

I have the 2000's. From what I understand the only differences are the mic and the 150 can also use dvcam format, which syncs the audio with the video, which the minidv does not.

We always just use minidv anyway. You can get another mic for like 75 bucks.

Do you feel like spending more money?

Personally, I would use the VX2000 of those - but otherwise, you could consider either the Canon XL1 camera or Panasonic's camera: http://gfyboard.com/showthread.php?s...ghlight=killer

We've used VX200 for around 2 years and really happy with it.

PD-150 has white&black viewfinder. It's more convinience in opposite to VX-2000 color one. As for the better sound equipment of PD-150 we don't need in it because we shoot for Inet and DVDs only.
