good video file sizes for pay/avs site?

ok, the whole file format debate aside, who can give me good advice about how big/small video files for a paysite.

are 2-minute clips around 20MB too large for subscribers to download? hosting/bandwidth is not an issue, and i'd like to offer really high-quality clips.
