The new numbers make a lot more sense. Alexa must have adjusted something.

If they adjusted something then wouldn't it affect the ratings of all sites at the same time? cause other graphs look normal

Not necessarilly. Sometimes Alexa just has to figure out what servers and domains are associated with one single property.

Another example is http://www.stileproject.com/. I know for a fact that they have more traffic than Alexa gives them credit for.

BRISK 07-23-2003 09:36 AM

yeah, cause the hun has .net and .com, maybe they were considering them as seperate sites?

StupidNewbie 07-23-2003 09:42 AM

I would like to lease a spot on thehun's ballsack, please reply if you are interested in selling yours.

I wrote Alexa with the 'error' they made by seeing thehun.com and thehun.net as two separate sites. Seems like they went in and fixed that problem... I wonder if I should mail 'em the other gazillion domain names that go to the same site as well...

... this actually works.

The most interesting thing on that page is how many Alexa say click to your store. Goes to show what making the surfer trust you can achieve I suppose.

From a comment on The Hun's alexa page:

Not enough INCEST SEX!!, 1/2/01
Reviewer: Timmy
This site is great but it never has INCEST like Incest Taboo. Their URL is http://www.incesttaboo.com They basically have lots of taboo stuff like family sex, father/daughter sex, etc.

I thought that was great :P

...ah, that explains it:

(thehun.com, not thehun.net)
