little sites affected by acacia what r u doing?
 

Damn, just got our package. Tons of you guys are getting it. I know alot of you can't afford to fight back, so what are you doing?
-Paying the fee and supporting the ones actually fighting it?
-Ignoring the shit and getting screwed?
-Taking them to small claim court and praying they dont attack back or win other judgements?

What can us small sites do to fight back and at the same time not get owned, other than just donating to Impa?

Also when does the HomeGrownVideo trial begin?

We got it as well.

I just read on a thread from serge_oprano and he made a great point.

They won the patents that they are using, mostly by default, the people that held the patents did not show up in court, so they were awarded to acacia.

so if you sue them, and acacia does not show up, you can win by default...
