A good lawyer needed
One of my models worked for a company and she had some pics and videos shot. The contract stated that the images could only be used on the net. The company has used her images in print and sold the video footage and was playing in a strip club. She has the contract she signed and it says that the content will be used only for that site and internet promotion of the site.
Can someone recommend a good lawyer? |
Open phonebook and contact various contract lawyers. It is not gunna be even remotely cheap. Min. here would be a 5,000.00 retainer then a few hundred an hour once that is used up.

You don't need a good lawyer. An incompetent lawyer should be able to win THAT case!
