It may sound stupid, but a restraining order really would take care of this guy. The next time he calls, he's arrested. Simple and sweet. Usually I think restraining orders are a waste of time, but it should do you good in this case.

Pay some local bikers 500, tell them you want a couple fingers so he cant dial the phone anymore.

that sounds like a damn good solution... just a couple fingers... tell them to make it clear that if they need to come back again, they're coming for the whole hand.

The phone company would have records of how many times his number has called you... Believe me the police would definitely step in. Don't hesitate.

Tom, you need to step away from this before you do something foolish that will get you in more trouble than this moron is going to be in.

Go to the police and take EVERYTHING. Call the phone company and tell them to put a trap/trace on your line (some phone companies have them on there all the time and you need only punch in a few numbers to report the call). If you need to, change your phone number.

But let the authorities handle this nutcase because it looks like he's TRYING to make you do something dumb. :mad: And I need good galleries, so I can't lose you. :winkwink:

I do not know why you haven't put a end to this further. By not doing anything you are allowing it to continue. Step up to the plate and file a complaint. Put his ass in jail.

Definitely file a report, get a restraining order against him. Next time he calls call the telephone company and put a trace on the last number that called you. They will not release the info without a police report(which they will release that info to the police when you file a report). They can get this loser and put his ass where it belongs.

He will continue to stalk/harass you as long as you let him.

Hey Tom you may want to handle this yourself but the guy is obviously very unstable. He's even resorted to talking to himself in threads on another board. Please get the cops involved. You never know when this guys is going to show up at your house and you have your kiddo to worry about. I think you can handle it but who know's what a freak like this will do if you aren't around sometime.
