I have horrible news to share
 

Allen from M Squared Productions just told me that the Venetian tore down the center bar. This is horrible news. If I had known this I would have bought that bar. How many deals have you cut there? How many times did you empty your pocket at that bar? This is an end of an era. I'm very sad.

Can anyone verify this? And does anyone know what they replaced it with?

its just a bunch of slot machines now I was in vegas last weekend

I will run down there tonight and see. They do like to change things at the hotels to keep it "new" for the tourists. :smokin

Yeah I have plowed thru that bar several mornings outside of this business. Everyone that stay's there makes it a meeting point! Too Bad. :winkwink: Rick I am sure we will find new methods of business!

No worries! I just confimed it with the Venetian. The center bar was closed until July 17th. But it's now re-opened. They just remodled it a little!

I have now learned that it is going to be an Octgaon when they bring it back. So, we can't call it the circle bar anymore.

Filthy friggin bastards, that was the only place in the whole shitbox to just sit and drink properly. I found more business there and enjoyed more off-colour stories that I can even remember...ok I don't remember much but that friggin bar was the place to be.

Forget the show floor, room parties and secret exclusive dinners, the Circle bar was the center of my world for 6 days a year and I will miss it deeply.

Tears of rage fill my eyes, the utter insensetivity of folk is so friggin unbelievable! I might even skip Vegas now. I'm really upset.

That was a close one. where else would you pick up the hookers? oh that's right everywhere else.

I agree. After 20 nights a year there it gets pretty old. It is a shame AVN decided to throw Internext there again in January rather than the Mandalay Bay.

The Circle Bar is not only a great place once you got there, it's a perfect spot to tell people where to meet you. It's the closest thing we had to the old National Net suite. Hopefully they made it just a tad bigger. :)
