Everyone can cheat. However, if people will actually cheat largely depends on the partner. Guys who are afraid of getting cheated on most likely do get cheated on, for one of two reasons:

#1: They are afraid of being cheated on because they themselves would cheat when given the chance (or actually do cheat). Since cheating almost always creates a certain amount of tension or suspicion, women will know something is wrong, and will inherently be less satisfied with the relationship. If you don't trust someone, you will almost always be less loyal to them.

#2: They are afraid of being cheated on because they aren't confident about themselves. If you ask just about any woman, she will tell you that confidence and a strong personality are major turn-ons. Likewise, lack of confidence is a major turn-off for most women, one that will often cause them to lose interest and start searching for a "better" partner.

Strength, confidence, loyalty and trust are key aspects in getting women, and they are equally important in keeping them.
