dumb question
 

OK .. I know I will get slammed for asking this, but I have searched the GFY board for awhile and I can't seem to find the answer (time is money, I can't spend hours looking) so here goes my "dumb question:"

I know everybody says that Cogent bandwidth sucks and nobody should use it .. but I have not seen anybody explain exactly WHY Cogent is so bad and what the problem is. I'm sure this topic has been covered many times on this board, but as you can tell I'm pretty new around here.

Go ahead and call me a dumbshit for asking, but could somebody please tell me why Cogent is so bad?

I bet I'm not the only one on this board who would like to know why Cogent sucks.
