Actually "spammer boy".... you can get bulletprooof hosting in the US. Verio hosts some of the biggest spammers in the biz. Just ask them for a "pink contract", and if you have the bucks they will happily ignore all spam complaints.

Both Candid and EV1(Rackshack) will look the other way if you've got the cash...

Actually ronbotx, it work's a little different. Candid may supply hosting to little kiddie mailers getting a whopping 2complaints a day, but they do not deal with "the biggest spammers in the biz".
