Is this a problem on my end, or is CCBill fucked?

CCBill just contacted me, it was my statsRemote tripping their shit out.

Anyone that has statsRemote, turn your ccbill settings to update every 4 hours to lay off their servers or their protection scripts may ban your IP.

My IP was banned, I run like 40 ccbill programs and they were hitting every 15 minutes.
