They usually have a cool movie playing on the IMAX downtown at the famous players.
I liked the "Devil's Advocate" bar. Low-key and good place to sit and get hammered. Check out the Hockey Hall of Fame, THE BIG SLICE for pizza, and buy lots of knock off watches too. Don't bother taking cabs, the buses will get you anywhere, and fast. And as he said, lots of stuff to do on the island. The Guvernment rules, Docks is great, both a little more upbeat than Advocate. There is SO much to do in toronto. If you want chinese food, there are so many little places off the street, just check around, and if there are all chinese people in there, and there is a board of health warning on the door, then you've found a good spot. |
If you want to check out all the nightclubs..plus any private parties that may be going on check www.torontonightclub.com
You can also put yourself on the appropriate promoters guest list on that site :) I suggest Film Lounge for Friday nights, and Guvernment for Saturdays... |
Stay at the Holiday Inn downtown on King St. that will put you a stone's throw from the club district. Do the clubs the first night. Eat dinner at the Cn Tower restaurant that way you can bypass the line and go right up (with reservations).
Night two -- do Queen St. Night three do College St. Oh yeah and somewhere in there hit Kensington Market -- I hear there's a bar there that will let you smoke pot. Stip Clubs on Yonge st -- the Brass Rail and Zanzibar -- and Filmores - on Dundas. |
everything noted down
keep it coming ;) thanks a lot |
For a great place to hang and have some dinner, go to Big Daddy's Crab Shack and Oyster Bar...good food xxxcellent Martini's and good times! It's down in the theatre district on King St.:thumbsup You should also try and catch the Lion King while it's still here!

Brad for the love of God what kind of loving do you get on the island in the bushes...for those not from toronto, we have legal nude beach on the island...but as brad might tell you its not filled with ladies...LOL Always wondered why brad walked like that.....wink |
yeah im definitely with schilli on this one you really cant beat the location. Stay at the holiday inn on king st. plus they arent tooo tight about bringing people back and the clubs are all drunken stumbling distance away. have fun in T.O
