Just had an order from and your emails are bouncing contact me on ICQ or I will cancel the order.

He is complaining about not getting the FTP info and I do not want him charging back.

Sorry about this but can't see a way around it.

I also had similar problem Paul.Try to contact his tech registrant contact - we have been succesfull

Got his phone number and had a chat withhim and all is solved.
