I do 30-40 minutes of cross country running followed by a short weight lifting group. 3 or 4xs a week. Trying to get that aerobic capacity up a bit for the first time in my life :)

hmm.. well I do martial arts training 5 - 6 days a week for about 2 - 3 hrs... and about 5 hrs on Saturdays... don't do gym though.

30 minutes - just doing free weights and take out the mountain bike for at least an hour a day to roll on.

working in the yard, remodeling somwhere in the house and also, just walking are nice as well.

I try to stay regular.. but kids and family gets in the way sometimes... but when i can i workout in the gym doing circuit trianing for 1.5 hours...
I try to get outdoors to work out as much as possible..back country hiking.. running the foothills..or snowboarding.

I just cant wait for the day I can take all my kids back country hiking/camping with me..:)

Supposed to be 30 minutes, but.. I sorta get sidetracked.

I live at 8,500 feet tho, and we do a lot of stuff outside and that helps.

I really need to join a gym and dedicate more time, but it's 25 minutes to town, so that sorta fucks things up a bit.

Well it depends, if I am working out by myself I seem to last longer as I can adjust the friction level. So I would say a good 15 minutes or so. Now when I actually have a woman over my exercise lasts between four and six minutes. Very intense 4-6 minutes workout daily is highly recommended :thumbsup

no set schedule. 2 times per week i do some free weights for about 30 mins.

I have found that regarding workouts, more is not always better. The best is to keep a good balance between aerobic excersice and weight tarining.

For me what works best, is only 3 hours per week, divided in 30-45 minute sessions every day.

Heres is my routine more or less:

Day 1 Weights, upper body. biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and back,30 min.
Day 2 Aerobic excercise, staitonary bycicle, 30 minutes.
Day 3 Weights lower body, legs, calves, hams and Abs, 45 min
Day 4 REST
Day 5 Weights, upper Body
Day 6 Aerobic excercise, running 30 minutes.
Day 7 Weights, lower body and Abs.

Do 8 sets per body part, increase the weight after each set, try not to rest more than 90 seconds between sets.

For Aerobic excersice, keep your heart rate at about 60-80% of your maximum.

I lost 15 pounds in 3 months and gained about another 10 in lean muscle mass with these program.

I play soccer 5 times a week, Baseball=1 times a week, Volleyball=1 times a week & I rollerblade about 20 km a week to participate to all these sports at the park... Working out is great, everyone should do it. Girls crave my hard rounded ass:)
