Anyone Good At Body Training?
I would like to build up my chest a bit.
I can stand to lose a few pounds, and naturally my arms and other parts need work, but right now my only concern is my chest. Is there anything you would recomend that can help? I dont have a gym membership right now, so keep that in mind. Thanks. |

But in all honesty, reading helps you understand what you're doing. I was told by my trainer to do some reading - it helps.

You have chicken breast? me help you :winkwink:
Nah dude, just eat lots of proteins and no pasta, and try the bench press in the gym :thumbsup |
Cock push ups.
It's where you lift your entire body with your boner. You only need to be able to do one. That's all it takes. |
Hmmm... I know lots of good exercices for you chest, but you need some equipment for it!
An exercice which is very good for the inside of the chest is close palm pushups. Make a triangle with your two index fingers and your thumbs, then do some pushups! And keep your arms next to your body, your elbows have to point towards your feet when you go down. Good luck :) |

Also if you are really new to this and dont know what incline or decline etc is here is a link with a small video clip

There are a variety of things you can do. You can do several sets of pushups changing the distance in which you have your hands. The closer your hands the more it will work the inner part of your chest. The wider you have them out the more you will work your over all chest.

Rich hit the sauce

Whatever you do, do it regularly. Like, for starting you can just do a small 2 sets of 10 push ups before going to bed... to get your muscles conditioned, don't ever stop doing them, but after like a few weeks you will be able to gain a lot from either increasing that, or doing some bench presses.
Condition your musles, then get into heavy stuff, and KEEP YOUR ROUTINE. I'm built like a brick shithouse, I know. Chin-ups + push-ups are all you need for your arms. |
