anyone have property in Whistler?
 

will a bubble ever be reached there? i've been looking at one of the Four Seasons 2 bedroom suites through a private deal with a friend (as an investment property). the entire four seasons offerings sold out in a single day a couple of months ago. but how long can the prices keep going up? obviously the olympics is a new factor. any of you own real estate in Whistler?

i dont.. but u better buy fast... once its real close to the olympics, itll be worth allot more

Anything at the Four Seasons goes fast and for top dollar. In any city. :)
