I remember reading somewhere that you can not manually edit the configuration (form data) files in the new version, which I suppose would be useful if you where using it to fill in TGP submission forms, and you wanted to change say, the description. A couple seconds with a text replacement program would beat the hell out of changing the description in 100 different spots through the programs interface.
