What do you think about marriage?
Do you think marriage still works?
:Graucho |
When I find the right guy, I might.
|
Marriage is about sacrifice & compromise.
|
I would if I found the right woman

Married and very happy I am. Although even if we weren't married I'd still be just as happy. We got married mainly so I could stay in the country (American now in England) although I think we both liked the idea of getting married anyway and would have even had I not been from out of the country. I suppose marriage suits some people and others not.:2 cents:
P.S. TGF - if I weren't already married, I'd marry you.:Graucho |
I'm married and looking for a woman. Make sense?
|

Married twice, divorced twice. Never again.
|
You forgot the option..
been there done that..never again... all my money and stuff is mine. |
I am already with the girl I am going to marry. We're waiting until we can do it right.
|
i hope to god im not dumb enough to get married
|
Marriage rocks IF you wait to find the right person and IF you can truly be committed to it. It won't work if you think you even MIGHT be tempated to cheat or if you don't trust your spouse 100%.
Another bonus of marriage (when both parties are faithful, that is) is that you don't have to worry about STDs. :thumbsup I think it's sad in this day and age that there are so many people who don't believe in marriage anymore. But it's actually nice to see the number of people responding that they are married and happy or would like to be married someday. Make me feel a little better about the world. :) |

Could care less about getting married.. Probebly never will, Hell i cant even hold a girlfriend.
Nag nag nag, bitch bitch bitch.. ahhh!! no thank you! |
i am twice divorced, but after waiting many years, i am with the person i want to spend the rest of my life with. we have a serious amount of shit in common - in fact, we met working together in a band, so we have music for a start - and we like lots of stuff in each others' lives. since we get along really well after almost 5 years, and don't try to change each other, i think marriage this time will be great :)
btw, GeXus, we've lived together for a couple years and neither of us nags or bitches at the other. it's all about finding someone who actually likes you as you are. then there's nothing to bitch about. |

i don't have anything against marriage, but if i were to marry, it would have to be after we've been together and lived together for at least 5 years. marriage is something i only want to do once, if ever. i've only found one girl i would marry without having second thoughts but shes already married. :(
thats what i hate about marriage, you fall out of love for whatever reason but some ppl stay because of guilt. life is too short for that shit. |
I am very lucky to have a husband that loves me as much as he does.

Marriage is the best adventure one can take on I say.
Being married is a LOT of work on both peoples parts and you have to really put the other persons needs, the groups needs and then your own needs in order as to how they fit to your deal. There is a lot of change in the way both of you look, act, feel and think as time goes on. For me, a very large part of the marriage is that we are building a life together and accepting our ever changing roles within this experience. If you can adapt well and accept someone for who they really are deep down inside and allow yourself to share you with them as well at all times, go ahead and give it a try. If you cant, then you should wait until you can do all that to try it out. |
I married 1 month and 1 day ago and I am very glad I did it :thumbsup

i had a dream a while ago where someone asked me to marry them. i have no idea who it was (it was a dream and like most dreams, faces are fuzzy) however when it was time for me to reply, i hesitated for a few mins and then said, i guess so. needless to say, after saying that i woke up in a very cold sweat.
married? after that dream i dont think so! and i thought i was suppose to have the marriage gene by default....lol |

Married and glad i waited for the right man . Marriage is taken so lighly these days... too many kids getting married too young without living a bit first...
I didnt get married till i was 35 and already had my family... I been through divorces and remarriages as a child and told myself never to follow in my parents footsteps. I had already had my fair share of dick and pussy. The best part about my wedding was saying "till death do us part, and I fucking mean that" ...the pastor just smiled and raised his eyebrows when hubby said back to me "likewise bitch":1orglaugh |

Been there and done that, but luckily no children were involved...
I'm willing to go at it again, For some reason besides having someone at your side that will help you through the tough times, sex is just 200% better when married...well, when you're still in love:1orglaugh |
