Bush's ratings drop!

http://www.cnn.com/2003/ALLPOLITICS/....ap/index.html

Story focuses on President Bush's approval rating dropping from 69% to 55% since May.

Normally I don't pay attention to polls but this is a significant drop enough to warrant concern.

Just wait a little longer and his ratings will match those of his friend and ally in the UK.

In the UK folks are clearly quicker on the uptake :glugglug

The whole world already knows Blair is Bush's bitch and not a friend or ally. I feel sorry for him actually.

Gutterboy 07-20-2003 05:18 PM

I have a feeling the next election is going to be the Democrats to lose. While there's a fair chance they'll succeed, as long as the economy is still sputtering and the Iraqi clusterfuck is dragging on, Bush is vulnerable.

Gutterboy 07-20-2003 05:20 PM

bahaha.. today in the LA times:

Apparently the Secret Service isn't too happy. Whiners.

What difference does it make, Bush isn't going anywhere. He's already proved he doesn't actually need to win to get into office, and now he's got his friends counting the digital votes. Get used to that family.

freeadultcontent 07-20-2003 06:21 PM

Yup, we all know he will win again, afterall God made him president.

AlienQ - BANNED FOR LIFE 07-20-2003 06:22 PM

Do not understand why this fucker is still president.

Our country is ruined because of that dumb bitch and no one is doing anything about it.

Our country is great but this is the demise of western civilization.

This is so true! I really liked Blair when he first got elected. He had an amazing future ahead of him. Very bright, outgoing, witty, etc.

Then he threw his support behind Bush.
Well, guess we're all inclined to make one big mistake in life!

Makes you wonder huh? Bush Sr. was with the CIA, maybe the bush family has some really bad dirt on blair and he had not choice but to back the moron at all costs.

pudcat 07-20-2003 08:51 PM

55% of people think he's doing a good job?????????

I know it's only out of 1000 people... but still!

slackologist 07-20-2003 08:58 PM

all those pissed off U.S soldiers in iraq wont help things much.

slackologist 07-20-2003 08:59 PM

"But a majority of those polled, 66 percent, said Bush is very or somewhat likely to win the election regardless of how they cast their vote"

The American people are getting tired of his attitude, and will most likely toss him out on his ass in 04. No reason to get used to the Bush family, Neil will never get elected to anything, and Jeb can't even run Florida. They will be a footnote in history as all US Presidents are but no much more. That is if he doesn't totally fuck up by 04.

While I like somethings about Bush, I could never vote for him if his Attorney General doesn't resign, and that's not going to happen.
