I should have bought while it was on. You had the special breifly, and *poof* you were banned. I would like to see that special again, as would other people I am sure.

Joe can't afford to sue Sobe, let alone 100's of webmasters who Sobe sold to. I hear ya on the 2257, although I have CD's of content I have bought with just contracts from the broker, no model releases, no ID's...

The real question here is..... Did he (Sobe) or did he not purchase content from Amacontent and then turn around and sell that content? And if so.... did Amacontent give him permission to do so? Frankly, I can't see Ama giving that permission, I mean what sort of idiot sells you his intellectual property and then says "yeah, go ahead and sell it to 10,000 people and make yourself some money bro"

Apparently Ama says he did not give permission. Apparently, Sobe and his alter ego mrmovie says he did. All I can say is if it were my content I would do something about it. People need to quit dick-sucking on the boards and get things settled in court already.

a person have around 3500 of there photos and then went off selling them and had no legal right to , well they lost there ass big time in court and if i remeber right the courts order was to pay some shit like 850.00$ for each pic they sold .

Well anyone can sue anyone for anything. You just have to pay a lawyer. But when you shell out your hard earned cash you have to wonder wether or not you will get it back BY WINNING. And in this case AMA has no case.

And besides, it is public record that AMA content is a liar and a theif.

AC Fred from adultcontent.ca sued AMA for stealing his site design and AMA did not take the design donw for over 6 months. This is public record.

AMA is trying to screw over sobegirl too but it won't work becuase people from all over are catching on that this AMA guy is a crook and says things about others that are not true..

This has been settled over and over again by sobe and everybody. The invoices for the sale of the content were posted here on GFY.

AMA sold the content to sobegirl but is now sorry he did it. Sobegirl sells content and that is what sobegirl does and joe and everyone knows that.

That is it, end of story. Now sobegirl owns the content and can do with it what sobegirl wishes.

Now AMA the verified site design stealer, verified seller of content without proper documentation, and slanderer is sorry he made the deal, took the money, and signed the papers. Sorry he stold adultcontent.ca website design and sorry for all the others he ripped off too. Not just sobegirl. Touch luck, that is business.

My advice STAY AWAY FROM AMA OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF TOO.
