I think he's right - technically they could sue because it was their drawing but they have way bigger fish to fry - they ain't gonna show up at your site and say shit - that's our donut! :winkwink:

You'll probably be alright because the people that run that site will never see any sites you're running, but it looks like you stole that donut image directly from their page. Stealing part of your logo is not the best foundation to be starting your site with.

Its not that complex of an image you can redraw it and avoid any legal hassles.
