I've read somewhere Visa didn't allow using their cards for access to beastiality sites...

but such sites exist and accept Visa...

anyone could enlighten me what I'm missing ?

Not 100% sure but I don't think it applies to Visa Europe YET. Most Beasty sites are hosted in Europe as it's not illegal in some countries there (didn't say it was legal just NOT illegal). As far as I know it's not illegal in all USA states either, just finding hosting for it in the USA.
