Ripping off my t-shirts
 

i run a merchandise website for a rap group and i noticed someone stole my design and is selling the same shirt on ebay. i just emailed him on ebay saying i wanted to buy 5 with money order so i can have his address in case i need it. but what exactly can i do to him besides contact ebay.... which im still trying to find out how to do.

Cease and desist?

Get a lawyer on it.

One way to handle it is file suite against them. Not with the expectation of getting money from them, but so you can get a preliminary injunction against their activity. Then you have the ammunition to take to e-bay or anywhere else they pop up.
