A company that goes bankrupt cannot legally keep its trademarks, the trademarks are considered Defunct once the bankruptcy papers go through.

If Penthouse did go defunct, their domain is very valuable, and buydomains.com will most likely get it, before any snapname services. They almost always do.

Guccione is a fucking slimy snake. I was setting up a deal with them for Penthouse and he fucking screwed me out of 3 months of time and then went around my back.

Even if you were able to get the domain through snapback it'll only available to be snapped back in 2005: Record expires on 29-Mar-2005.
