Ferberized my Babies (Attention Parents!)
 

I Ferberized my twins the other day. (The word refers to Dr. Ferber; it means to put them to bed and let them cry, coming in to check them in accordance with a schedule but not picking them up or rocking them).

My daughter was so bad that it was at the point I had to take her for a drive every night to lull her to sleep. (My son was already going to sleep by himself)

I think Ferber says it takes 3 days to a week to work. It took ONE NIGHT. On night one my daughter cried 45 minutes. She only cried a couple of minutes last night and a few seconds tonight.

To think of all the time I've wasted putting those babies to sleep.
