Have a challenge at law schools around the U.S.. shit... the world. $100,000 USD to the winner (or team). Find a loophole or successful arguable defense to Acacia's patent ownership, find an earlier patent superceding Acacia's therefore voiding any claim of $$$ on the patent(s), or detail flaws in the acacia claim. It would certainly put the legal team on notice and would provide a pile of data to mount a defense without having to pay for researchers.

Individuals or teams would be welcome as well as any collegiate or educational institution.

If anything it will draw attention to Acacia and put them on the defensive.

A hundred grand may help. Up that to a mil, and you've got yourself every law school student in the country throwing him-/herself onto this challenge. Add some more change for promoting the challenge and you've got yourself a sure-fire winner. Unless Acacia's patent is water-proof. :winkwink:

The players in this industry could easily chip in and create that fund.
