I went to Sturgis, Myrtle, Etc, every year, but can't make it to Sturgis this year. We are ALWAYS staying at the Buffalo Chip
Which is an Adult over 21 year old Camp Ground. We are staying right behind Burn Out Bridge. Nude Motorcycling is encouraged, Lesbian Sex and Sex is incouraged. Last year I came home with over 1500 pictures and 2 hours of Video of girls and guys and more girls doing it.

Stay there, my :2 cents:
The following pictures were taking of me at Myrtle Bike Week. If I decide to go to Sturgis I let you know

Harleys are good, but somewhat expensive

My bike is a Victory Vegas, 1500cc, fuel injected, and was only $18,112 total out the door. Its hard to find a new Harley close to that price. But the thing with harleys, you can find good used ones for thousands less than new ones, and still in great condition.

Big Dog Motorcycles are pretty good to, and look great. Price starts around $23k. Get a rubber-mount one if you plan on taking long road trips. http://www.bigdogmotorcycles.com

Red Horse bikes are nice to and start around $21k
http://www.redhorsecycles.com

And of course you can get a good cruiser from any of the jap companies for around $10k and under. Its ok to get a jap bike, people may look at you funny, but I doubt anyone will say you cant ride with them. Bikers are generaly very friendly towards other bikers. Plus the jap bikes are normaly very reliable and smooth running machines. And if you are just learning to ride a jap bike is a good start, since they are less expensive.

Riding to florida from texas wouldnt suck, it would be great :)
Your problems all seem to go away when you're riding your bike. And a bike is cheaper than therapy :thumbsup

Wiseman 07-18-2003 11:20 PM

I totally agree with you!! All problems go away while rideing!!
Even when you are sitting on the side of the road fixing em LOL

I picked mine up off ebay actually for 10K
:thumbsup

I went to the 50th, stayed about an hour, and headed out of town. That state isn't big enough to hold that many people.

JFK 07-19-2003 04:05 AM

Wish I could go, but still recuperating from my bout with the Deer. My Harley is totalled , but I am here to talk about it, so its not alll bad !:drinkup

haha, I only stayed about 18 hours.. I got roughly awakened in my tent by my girlfriend waving her .357 long barrel around telling me to pack up or she was going to shoot her boyfriend . he met a 15 year old that was there with her mom (oh what a mom) and the poor bastard didnt have the heart to tell the mother of his child that he hooked up and let her drive from Austin to meet him. So i kicked him in the balls and punched him in the face a few times for ruining my friends vacation..and we hit mt. rushmore at sunrise..and was outta there.

the time that i did spend was chaotic as hell.. I was raised by bikers so I am used to the drunken debauchery, but this was insane.. people rolling on up their motorcycles so drunk they just fall over and lay there puking..no thanks.. would prefer to not get hit by some dumbass like that..lol

Wiseman 07-19-2003 01:51 PM

WOW DRUNKIN DEBAUCHERY!!! I dont know if I can handle that!
LOL!!!
I just hope I dont lose my girl friend to some other fat biker!! LOL

Sosa 07-19-2003 02:28 PM

I'm just 90 miles from Rapid City. 3doors down, seether, our lady piece and someone else will be performing out at the Buffalo Chip for sure. I think it is at the beginning of the rally.

For hotels, if not in Rapid City, check out Spearfish which is on the other side of Sturgis.

LOL that far out you'd be crazy not to take a support trailer just in case.

Wiseman 07-19-2003 11:02 PM

I am trailering mine For sure!!
Hell Jesse James cant even make it to sturgis on one his bikes with out breaking down !!LOLLOL

I am thinking the buffalo seems to be the spot to camp to!
I am trying to find a moterhome to rent or borrow to go down there. But noone seems to want to rent me one for Sturgis! =/

Carrie 07-20-2003 01:15 AM

My folks are trailering the Harley and heading to Sturgis. From VA all the way out there. Dad was going to two-wheel it until Mom decided to go along.
He skipped Sturgis last year to watch my boys while hubby and I went to Internext, so this year I'm skipping Internext to watch his girls (the dogs) while he and Mom strap on the chaps and go watch the debauchery ;)

I'll just have to live vicariously through them this year, LOL.
Oh yeah, they're staying at the Buffalo Chip also.

http://www.gotkinky.com/neatpics/brenharley.jpg

Portly children will not be included on this particular trip. :winkwink:

PS - if you're really planning on staying at the Buffalo you should fire up their website and make reservations, I *highly* doubt they'll have any empty sites available on the days surrounding the gathering!

Wiseman 07-20-2003 01:33 AM

Yea I have missed it to Internext the last couple years! But this year I am going to internext then comeing home and Turning around and driveing 18 hrs to sturgis! LOL We'll see how long I can Party on this one!!!

PeerPatrick 07-21-2003 11:01 AM

I'd like to but after growing up in the Midwasteland, I get nervous around "mericans". I try to stick to the more heavily populated cultural centers like LA and sunny SD.

sextoyking 07-21-2003 11:06 AM

Wiseman,

you will love Sturgis. I did it 2 years ago and it was a total blast.

stay at the buffalo chip, best place to be. All parties, best rock bands are there every night, loads of fun.

My fat boy is crying is now since she can't go there this year :(

Wiseman 07-21-2003 11:48 AM

Why not Toy King?!!!

sextoyking 07-21-2003 11:52 AM

Wiseman,

Well I just got back from a 2 week vacation at disneyworld, and I am leaving soon for 2 weeks in europe, so I can't make it this year. This Sturgis will be the biggest forsure.

My bro and his gal will be at the buffalo chip all week.

Wiseman 07-21-2003 06:17 PM

Right on man!!
Seems that will be the spot to Camp huh?
