Sadly, I imagine their bankroll will prevail against small timers in the long run. If it makes it to court, your attorney fees will far exceed $20,000.

In the pastm I've spent roughly $50k in the bullshit leading up to the court case... and it never made it to court, I prevailed in the end. Sure I was awarded modest attorney fee judgement... but that doesn't mean shit.
