Level3, Sprint, AT&T, and large Internet providers
Dear Client :
Level3, Sprint, AT&T, and large Internet providers have announced that they will be upgrading code on their routers this evening, July 19th starting at midnight, which will effectively cause intermittent downtime to Internet connectivity. Their scheduled maintenance window is from 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. MST. At this time, we estimate this downtime to be no more than 7 minutes total. We apologize, in advance, for any inconvenience this may cause |

Major cisco vulnerability, an attacker could fairly easily take down any cisco device that is not upgraded, that's why every network is scrambling to upgrade..... |
Maybe it's the update featuring the flux capacitator. Doc told my friend Marty it would be coming soon.
