Can someone clarify.

A refund is when a customer contact a sponsor and say I want my money back.

A Chargeback is when a customer goes to their bank and says I want my money back.

isnt a chargeback when a mofo says i aint sign up to that site aight, so give me my money back mmk.

refund is im not satisfied with what you offer so please give money back

You're right for refund, for chargeback - you can make charge back, but need to explain your reasons to do that - fraud, rebilling without your agreement and etc...

Plus that chargeback is bad for both sides - customer and sponsor....

What I don't understand is how someone could actually call up their credit card company and say "I was charged $29.99 by the website 'Dirty Cum Drinking Sluts' without my authorization". I think that I'd just rather take the loss rather than the embarassment.
