wtf is going on?!?

my graphics guy tells me i gotta go get him banners for this order i placed ...

i go in, right click and hit SAVE AS ... every fucking thing is untitled.bmp!!!!!!!!

now he wont sign up for sponsor, i cant get them, i am stuck!!!

btw the reason this is a problem ... when i save animated banners, they save as static.

delete your cache
then close I.E.
and re-open it
they should save as jpeg or gif files now

clear your cache and try again
wipe history , temporary internet files etc etc

You'd think MS would have fixed it by now.

if it doesn't work also go in:

-tools
-options
-settings
-view objects

and delete and damaged or unknown objects.

at least 3 reasons i've found as to why it happens:

you were saving a jpg/gif from a page that has a user:pass in the address, in which case searching the cache folders will still find it,

the file was auto deleted from the cache due to low disk space,

a temporary glitch which rebooting may fix

Right click and select 'Email Picture'..see if that works..
