Flash banners have a higher CTR nowadays. Why do you think all the big-time companies hire firms that deal with new media technologies (Flash, etc.)? Because it works.

What adultnex said it partly true, but flash banners need to be high quality as well. That is the key (but I am sure AdultNex ment that though).

I'm not sure how much time is left, but I made a couple of entries for the contest. If I have time I'll try to make another one or two. The photos are from licensed photo clipart which I purchased. :)
