I'm drinking those new orange smirnoff ice's and they taste just like orange crush so im drinking a lot of them but anything that tastes this good has to make you fat.
right?

its extra calories. drinking makes me lose weight because i lose my appetite the next day. either way its not good for you. i couldnt tell you about smirnov because i dont drink any girly drinks.

yeah man that shit is all sugar and carbs. and empty calories. it's like drinking pepsi.

I just quit smoking and started gaining weight

I've been smoke free for about a year and gained some weight also. Juice in general is fattening so if you drink lots of it..well..you will gain weight.

On the other hand, being smoke free is much easier to go jogging or work out.

Im on my own special kind of weight watchers plan.

Healthy breakfast, light lunch, a sensible dinner, and a 30 pack afterwards.:thumbsup

i prefer to drink bass, or guinness, or bass and guinness. other than that. wild turkey 101.

some of us care about personal apperance. im not trying to lose weight though.
