anyone here work out? what do you guys do to work out your pecs?

but I don't workout my "pecs" seeing I have tits :glugglug |

I did pilates for about 9 months. Was in best shape of my life then . Was doing it 3 days a week and running other 3. I need to start it again. It is amazing workout. At first I thought it was silly....but after doing it you realize how great it is. Doesn't build big muscles, more long lean muscles.

What's the deal w/ Pilates? I never really looked into that. I just run 4-6 miles a day. Just started doing the whole weights thing. Starting pushups and situps again.

I find it really hard to target my pecs. I have an appointment with my trainer tomorrow to see what im doing wrong as my arms and sholders are coming along well, but not my back or pecs.
Check out www.bodybuilding.com. They have an awesome section on all the different lifts you can do, the correct technique for that lift and which areas it targets. Im on my second week of creatine also. I dont know how I lifted without this shit. Its ace :) |
Does creatine really help build muscle? I heard it sort of fills them with liquids and if you stop working out, they get all flabby.. that's why i've been scared to touch creatine... but if it doesnt do that, im all for it.

Women should not be afraid to do chest exercises. Most women think they will lose their tits. That's true if you over diet but it normally doesn't unless you get crazy with it. You will see all 8 ab muscles clearly before you have to worry about losing titty. Pec excercises make women's chests bigger thanks to the lift. Imagine instead of silicone you have soft, natural muscle tissue in there. It looks the same.
