Not sure how or where I should start this. I purchased a membership to an adult paysite (wont say who)... Anyway, I went to cancel the membership and it said

"No transactions were found based on your search.
If you feel you are getting this message in error,
please contact customer service."

I figured, Ibill was having problems.. Come back another day and take care of it. Well I forgot about it, got my CC statement and was like damn forgot!

I went to cancel and it said the same damn thing.

Now I call up Ibill like a good smutpedler that I am. 15 minutes of hold time I got a nice sexy sluty voice..

Hello this is I-bill how may I process your chargeback today?

Anyway.. I tell her the issues and request a refund for the rebill only based off the fact that the Ibill system STILL would not let me cancel. Of course they can see this as well and tell me this on the phone, and apologized for the error.

BUT ?? ?? But what?

They wont do a refund because I must contact the owner of the site to be able get a refund. The reason was: They must make sure I have not logged into the site.

Manager time!

Now, this lady has the IQ of a snail.. Never said my last name correctly, and for you people that know me, you can't fuck my last name up.

Again, she would not refund me. Now I just figure fuck it and I make sure they damn well know that when I hang this phone up i'm going to CB every single ibill transaction I have ever had.

I got my refund..

Now, Ibill should have just issued me a refund after a tad bit of heat from me. I had to go up the chain then get pissed off at them.

Again, I will keep the money programs name out of it but lets just say it is one of the problems of the industry.

The VISA 1% CB ratio at first worried me, even though we are under 1%. Now I support it, as long as it cleans up the trash like this and lets the honest businesses earn his keep.

I've ran into similar problems when testing out a couple of sites that used Ibill.

I believe I heard the words "jerking off in the bushes" in the conversation somewhere too...that was funny! :thumbsup
