i used to do that a fair bit but with ppc traffic which used to convert between 1:600 and 1:800 every month

not sure about purchasing exit traffic though... guess its not against the rules strickly but if it dont convert...

stick an AP pic on a teen gallery, buy it some teen hits from choker.

The hits will be niche targetted, and high quality

thats just it .... i THINK they look at your overall performance over some time and figure out if its worthwhile to be paying you for this traffic.
