There was a sand bar 30 yards off shore from my grandparent's lake front house at Toledo Bend.

Me and my cousin claimed it, it's about 30 feet long and 10 feet wide. You can have it for $100. You could fit a tent, ice chest and a grill on there.

there's a key island(south florida) that has the same name as my last name and it's for sale. I'm a little short of the 1.6 mil thier wanting at the moment though :(

we've looked at a couple of small islands.. but nothings come of it yet


we're tryign to get an island or enough land here so we can form our own republic - apparently you Can do that in Australia.. we're looking into it.. a close friend of ours was applying to do it - but he died recently of a stroke

Power can be solved by solarcells and generatur for backup
Internet you can get by sattelite not the normal shit but from Aramiska they have good solutions
