Boycott compusa! They fucking suck!
I bought a $600 nokia 9290 with a $100 2yr replacement plan from these motherfuckers in november. The phone starts having problems, and I go in to get it replaced. They call me today and say "We cant replace this phone because it has already been replaced in january" that is bullshit, I've never even tried to replace the phone before. I'm going in to fight with the manager tomorrow morning. Fuck these ripoff artists and dont buy shit from their store, and if you do, dont spend money on their bullshit replacement plans.
|
Shouldn't Nokia replace it for you?
|
yeah that is bullshit they can :321GFY

I hear ya, I went on their website found a wireless router I wanted for $79.99 and a $30.00 mail in rebate. I get to the store and the price is $149.99. So I asked the guy and he said that I had to order it through the website to get the price none of the stores would give me that price. So I ended up driving another half hour to Frys to get the same router for the cheaper price.

I don't know about you but those huge corporate computer stores never had any good deals anyways,
my local korean owned computer store got everything i need at half the price, In those stores all you pay more for is that big ass box |
Everyone should know that compusa sucks balls. I once bought a 400W power supply there that was basically it in a cardboard box. I asked the salesman if there was a restocking fee on it and he replied no. So I get it home and its fucked so I bring it back and just want my money back and the fucker was like, "15% restocking."
I told him to shove it up his ass. Needless he was impressed and didn't charge me the restocking. Compusa sucks. :) |
CompUSA is great. I've spent thousands there and have had nothing but excellent luck with each and every purchase. The sales people there have always been extremely helpful.
Best Buy on the other hand, now those fuckstains are a completely different story. |

I went in there today, made a scene, asked for a signed document stating I have previously returned the phone, started cursing and threatening to "put them out of business" (lol) they said my new phone would be in on thursday... nice
