Movie clips, and adding "licensed" music to it?

I'm editing some movies, and now I wanna add some good sounds, and songs behind this.

Any idea if it's possible to do this legally(for the well known artists like moby etc)? When it's not possible, how do you select your background music?

Ask yourself this, could a major Hollywood film use a Moby song without paying him?

The answer is no. So legally you can't either. If you want to do it legally contact Moby's record company and get permission (which you wont get), or go to mp3.com, find some tunes you like an ask the artist permisson in exchange for credit.

:1orglaugh I am sure Moby wouldnt mind having his music plastered over some hardcore pornography clips.

Do not add this kind of Music. Search for Roality Free Music.
We have a notice within our shop for videos and some links to get info from and were to buy this music

all my music is royalty free if you feel like using it (i think drunkdollars has but im not sure)
