Great quality pics! Feel so bad I was in Germany just the week before the Love Parade, and missed all the fun :(

Anyway, I just have a question, how legal is it to use content like this, when the models have no idea they are ending up on internet porn sites? I am thinking of buying and shoot alot of content like this, but just want to know if I might get sued for using it...

Well basically you are allowed to shoot and use pics of people in walking/dancing in public. It would be another story if you shoot in someones backyard invading their privacy.

See it this way, news papers, news on the tele, magazines, they all do it. The organization of the Love Parade even asked us if they can use our pics in their magazine.

Every pic one takes has a copyright. Doesnt matter what the subject is. Public content doesnt exist.

About the lack of tits, pics like this is a niche, either you like it or not. But believe me, alot of people like this...there's more going on than hardcore on the net bro.

there is no such thing as public DOMAIN content.....but those pictures were shot in a public place. ---big difference.

Battus owns the copyright to those images because he was the photographer and he doesn't need a release form to use them because the people in the photographs were at a public event where little privacy is expected.

If the girl was in her fenced backyard at her private pool and Battus peeked over the fence and took pictures, then he would not be able to use them because people on their own property behind a fence expect some privacy from photographers.
