I don't know about never, but I would say 90% of my friends almost never use the internet.

emails the only reason they would even use it.
A few use it, only cause it's at work, but they would not ever have the internet at home.

My mom doesn't even know how to click a mouse, but it's funny because she orders a shit load of stuff online. Having a web-savvy son really comes in handy, lol.

One of my brothers refuses to go beyond DOS, so I am pretty sure he has not been on the Internet yet. Since his wife is blind, I doubt that she is quite Internet savvy either.

if there was some way i could still use DOS i would. stable, small, to the point. and i'm a sucker for command line interface.

My uncle gets a knock on his door answers it and there's my grandfather cussing about something.

now that the net is in schools and kids are learning html this will be a thing of the past i think but i know A LOT of ppl my age who don't use the net and don't know how to use a computer. i figure it has to do with living in a small hick agricultural area. when i started making money off the net ppl couldn't understand how that was possible lol.
