There was an old dude that would come out to tattoo conventions around here who retired with a ton of money and started doing modifications. He had his balls taken out and replace with those chrome chinese gingling things that you spin around in your hand, real big ones. He also had his wang split all the way down to the bottom and injected with silicone, held together with a ladder of barbells, and his urethra rerouted to his taint, plus crazy silicone boobs and head to toe tattoos. He was sick out of control for several years until he died probably from all the shit done to his body. (he got most done in Mexico)
