But a user who gets brought there by keyword "free pics" might want a choice of niche.

Id make it list maybe 10 niche's and when they click a link, it goes through the popuphell, or direct to sponsor, or to an FPA ...

Even if he does get 200 a day, he can prolly get 400 a day with some options to the surfer :2 cents:

So, presuming the owner doesn't rely on the domain... hit him up with an offer to rent the domain for a few weeks, and see what becomes of it. You have to chase good business.
