iBill Just Continues To NOT PAYOUT!
Since I started hearing rumors of them going under last fall, it's been nearly impossible to get a payout from iBill (luckily though they're not huge amounts, just a few hundred bucks here and there from an old account I had with them).
Between October - March I was getting checks very rarely if they even showed up at all. The problem is there Merchant Account database (or that's what they make it out to look like) , last year I changed my address after I moved and from that point on a lot of the trouble started. I'd be getting checks issued (or so they'd say) that would never show up and when I'd go check my info I'd see that it would have bits and pieces of my old address and new address (after changing correctly/complaining about it numerous times). So the checks, if they were actually being sent weren't going to the correct location because of a screw up in their system. Then everytime I wouldn't get a check they'd charge me $30US per stop payment on something that was their systems fault. After calling up and flipping out for like the 100th time because I didn't get my money and they'd assure me it would go to the correct address next payout. They suggested switching to wire, so I did. That was at the beginning of March and that first payout I received fine. Then I didn't get one and didn't get one and didn't get one...but it didn't really bother me, because it wasn't a lot of money, so I just let the amount build up. Then last month I wrote them wondering what was going on (been over 3 months since I received a wire) and they told me my ABA number was incorrect, so the wires weren't being sent (I just laughed). So I went in and sure enough there was some screwed up number that was in no way associated to my account, in place of my actual ABA number. So once again I make the proper changes and they tell me my money will be sent on the last payout in June. That payout comes, no money. First thing I do is go check my Merchant account info, once again it's changed...So I change it once again....and call them up and complain, they act all confused and have no idea why it would be change and once again assure/promise me my money will be sent on the 5th of July. Well the 5th of July has come and gone and guess what, no check and my info again is incorrect and they have no idea why, which is bullshit. Their system is all automated, as soon as a change is made to my account I get a confirmation email letting me know. However, when this mystery ABA# appears I don't get any notice of the change whatsoever. WHY IS THAT IBILL????? "Sir we'll have someone look into that and get back to you asap, and we can assure you your money will be wired to the correct account right away." I've heard that about 5 times in the last couple weeks and time after time, no one gets back to me, I don't get any money and my ABA number changes at every payout or when they tell me they're going to pay me. I'm getting sick and tired of this. If there is one useful person working for that company that can actually do one simple task and send my money. Please reply to this thread with a way to contact you. |

Stop complaining.... lol
I haven't got a payment since Feb.15th ( I am owed about 1500.00 of rebills only). Called them last Monday ( had more urgent $$$ things to take care). Checks were issued to wrong address... Ab=nyway changed to ACH and will see. I don't process new signups with them, but I would like to add them as my second ( not with Epoch), but no point if I do not get paid. I think they are getting a bit better on answering ( my new rep was actually very nice, and another called Gisele was very cooperative) and that they could stuill be a player. Will see. |
