I'm getting "Internal CMI error" when I try to access my account. Anybody else getting this?

I'm so glad I'm on the NextGen system.

If you're concerned about chargebacks, keep a list of the users who try to cancel during the downtime and refund any who are rebilled.

you need to get used to ibill's problems.
